I wish to provide feedback of the wonderful experience we had with Ray White Samford in the sale of our home at Clear Mountain. Jason Mrak performed faultlessly during the entire process of marketing and selling our house. He is well deserving of our highest praise and the accolades we would like to share with your office. We had been searching for our new home for almost 12 months and of all the salespeople we had encountered during that time we felt Jason the most honourable and professional agent. Jason actually delivered in personal attention instead of merely spruiking it. Therefore the choice of who to represent us was easy when it came time to sell our own home.

Jason was given the highly challenging task of selling our home within 2 weeks to enable us to attend an upcoming auction as unconditional buyers on a property also listed with Ray White. Jason worked swiftly and thoroughly to have the property listed in 3 days on the internet complete with photos and dialogue. He scheduled the first open house that weekend and contacted buyers he was aware of to generate interest. We received our first offer within the first 10 days and had a contract the night before the auction.

Jason worked diligently and attentively, tenacious to the end to have a contract signed at 10pm and never once did he complain or hint he had better things to do on a Friday night. The contact and assistance continued all the way to settlement, with regular updates and always seeking to help where possible. On the day of moving he even had the thoughtfulness to generously offer us a dinner voucher – demonstrating empathy and an understanding of his clients and industry. In summary we would like to wholeheartedly congratulate Ray White Samford on providing such a wonderful ambassador of not only Ray White, but also of the Real Estate industry in Jason Mrak. It was refreshing to deal with him we were always comfortable in his methods and would have no hesitation in recommending him to others in future.
