It is the buyers/users responsibility to ask any questions directly to the agents/persons through our email services. All listings have contact details associated with the property. Please make sure you contact the listing agents/persons directly before making any decisions about the selling property.

Collection of Information

Selling Brisbane (SB) may collect personally identifiable information from Buyers/Users in a variety of ways, including through online registration for direct property information and services, and other instances where Users are invited to volunteer such information (polls etc). Selling Brisbane (SB) may also collect information about how Buyers/Users use our Web site, for example, by tracking the number of unique views received by the pages of the Web site. At no time will Selling Brisbane (SB) database of Buyers/users/agents ever be sold for the purpose of marketing or mailing lists.

We do not charge any sale commissions, and we are not involved in any way in the sale process, other than providing the initial introduction service.

Payment Options

List for AUD $5 – $10 listing fee per property for premium & featured listings. This includes our featured properties page and to appear on our homepage, etc (on a rolling basis) to get greater exposure for the property.

Bulk listings will be subject to a mutually agreed price.

Currency

Please note, all our PalPal payments will be charged in AUD Dollars.

Idemnity and Waviers

Selling Brisbane (SB) has no involvement with property contracts. We simply provide an introduction service for Agents/persons and buyers/users. All contractual obligations are the responsibility of the Agents/person and buyers/users. Selling Brisbane (SB) is not responsible for any property contracts, buyers/users who are introduced through the website, or any issues arising whatsoever between agents/persons or buyers/users

As such, Selling Brisbane (SB) disclaims all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance by any user of the site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents, placed on any advertisement, commentary and other materials posted on the site or of any disputes between agents/persons and buyers/users.

Interruptions in service

Selling Brisbane (SB) takes every care to maintain the continuity of the site, the Internet is subject to interruptions beyond our control. Outages, interruptions in service and delays may occur at any time. Selling Brisbane (SB) does not accept any liability for these interruptions in service that may impede access to any listing.
